These terms describe use of the Affordable Junk Removal website and general expectations for junk removal services in Central Florida. Any written quote or service agreement provided for your job may include additional details. Please review those details before approving the work.

2. Quotes and approval

Photo quotes depend on the information and images you provide. Please describe the items, their location, stairs, access restrictions and any other details that could affect the job. The scope and price must be approved before removal begins. If the items or conditions differ from what was described, contact us to confirm the quote.

3. Scheduling and changes

Booking requests and pickup windows are subject to confirmation and crew availability. Same-day service is not guaranteed. If you need to cancel or reschedule, call or text us as soon as possible. Any job-specific payment, cancellation or refund terms should be confirmed in your quote or booking agreement.

4. Access and authorization

Only request removal of items you own or are authorized to dispose of. Identify the items clearly, keep items you want to retain separate, and arrange safe access to the pickup area. Tell us about building rules, parking restrictions, elevator reservations or other requirements before the appointment.

5. Restricted items

We do not accept hazardous materials such as wet paint, chemicals, asbestos or fuel. If you are unsure whether an item can be removed, contact us before booking. Acceptance of an item depends on safe handling and applicable disposal requirements.

6. Donation and recycling

We seek donation and recycling options whenever possible. Not every item can be donated or recycled; options depend on condition, partner acceptance and available facilities.

7. Website and outside services

Website information may change. Links to Housecall Pro and Google take you to separate services with their own terms and policies. Our logo, written content and website materials may not be reused commercially without permission.

8. Questions or concerns

Please contact us promptly about a service concern so we can discuss it. Nothing on this page is intended to limit rights or remedies available under applicable law.
